OUR PHILOSOPHY

Total transparency: nothing done behind your back, ever.

We are among the very few companies to adopt a policy of total transparency. We don't profile anything, we don't resell your data and we don't hand it over to marketing networks. Everything we do with your information is clear and out in the open: no silent tracking, no surprises behind the customer's back. That's how we've always worked.

In short

We only collect information when you contact us — by phone, email or WhatsApp — and we use the information you send us solely to reply to you and work on your project.

We do not track, store or share your data with third parties. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.

2. What data we collect

The only information we collect is what you voluntarily send us when you contact us, by phone, email or WhatsApp: your name, your contact details and the content of your request.

We do not collect any other data. While browsing the site you are not asked for any personal data.

3. Browser language

The only technical data the site uses is the language set in your browser, read solely to show you the site in the right language. This data is used on the spot and is never saved or stored in our databases.

4. No tracking and no profiling cookies

We do not automatically collect any data: we do not record your IP address, we do not use tracking or profiling cookies, and we do not employ third-party analytics or marketing tools. The site does not profile users in any way.

5. How we use your data

We use the data you send us solely to reply to you, prepare a quote and manage our commercial and working relationship with you. We do not use it for marketing or any other purpose.

6. Who we share your data with

We share your data only with our internal team, to the extent necessary to work with you and carry out your project. We do not share, sell or transfer your data to anyone else or to any third party.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your contact details only for as long as necessary to handle your request and our relationship with you. When they are no longer needed, we delete them.

8. How we protect your data

We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Data relating to client projects stays in Switzerland and is covered by professional secrecy; before every meeting we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

The server hosting this website is located in the Netherlands. If you access the site from another country, the data you send us via the contact channels may be transmitted and processed through that server, always in accordance with this policy.

9. Minors

We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 18. If we become aware that we have, we will delete it promptly. To report this, write to info@evobyte.ch.

10. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@evobyte.ch. We process data in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European Regulation (GDPR).

11. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be marked by a new update date and takes effect as soon as it is published.
